When adding information, please use the following format as a a
guide: Witnesses - List names, addresses, business and home
phones.
Suspects - List names, addresses, descriptions, and vehicle
information.
Missing Property - List all items discovered missing since
the original report; include serial numbers, value, make, model, size,
color and identifying characteristics.
Recovered Property - List all items recovered since the
original report; include how recovered and condition when
recovered. Was item mislaid, borrowed, loaned or stolen?
Other information regarding this case. It is not necessary
to have all the information above, but please be as
specific as possible. |
